After living in our new house the past 6 months we could not be happier with the whole experience. We would like to thank the team at Beechwood for the outstanding work on our home.
The team listened carefully to our needs and came up with a brilliant plan, creating a design that worked for us and was the most suitable for the sloping site. The house is positioned expertly to take advantage of the views, the pool and alfresco living. It looks fantastic from the inside and outside and functions really well. The energy rating is very high and the utility bills are small compared with previous homes.
The whole process was such a smooth and hassle free experience. The team listened carefully, made appropriate suggestions and managed the whole process very professionally. The supervision of the build was brilliant and nothing was too much trouble. The work of all trades was of an exceptionally high standard. The quality and finish of the final product is brilliant.
This is our second home built by Beechwood and we are so glad we chose them again.

We have now been in our Beechwood Home for 18 months and are absolutely delighted with the finished product itself.
The design of the home allowed us to maximise the block space, whilst managing to maintain a sense of uniqueness.
From the moment we met with the team, we were treated to exceptional customer service in the office, through the administration stage and right throughout the actual building process itself. The site supervision was exceptional and the attention to detail has resulted in a home which we are now enjoying watching our children grow up in.
